Most pool anxiety comes from not knowing what happens next. So here’s the whole arc of a build with us, from the first message to the first cannonball — no mystery, no fine print.
It starts with a conversation, not a contract
You send the quote form or call, tell us your pool type, your yard and your wish list — and within 1–3 days you get a personal quote tailored to your project. That’s been our promise since day one, and it’s in writing before anything else happens.
Design: shape, size, depth, finish
Next we dial in the specifics together. For fiberglass, that means choosing your shell and color. For gunite, we’re drawing your shape from scratch. Either way, the decking, water features and hardscapes get designed with the pool — not bolted on after — because the same crew builds all of it.
Construction: the loud middle part
Every build hits the same beats: layout and excavation, the structural phase (a set shell for fiberglass; steel, plumbing and pneumatically-applied concrete for gunite), then the finishes — tile and coping, interior surface or liner, decking and features. Weather and site conditions move the schedule, so we give you an honest timeline at the consult and keep you updated at every stage rather than promising a date we’d have to walk back.
- Layout & dig — your yard officially becomes a pool site
- Structure — shell set or steel, plumbing and gunite
- Finishes — tile, coping, interior surface, decking
- Features — waterfalls, sheer descents, lighting
Start-up: water, chemistry, keys to the kingdom
The pool fills, the pumps and filtration start, and the water gets balanced. We walk you through the equipment before we leave — you should never have to guess which valve does what.
Then it’s yours: your sliver of paradise, in your backyard. If you’re ready to start the clock, the quote form is the first step — and the only one that takes less than a day.
Ready When You Are
Every backyard is different — get a personal quote for yours within 1–3 days.
